As a child it was for many a tricky question: what do I want to be when I grow up later? At the kindergarten everyone came up with an answer because it was still clear: teacher, sister, firefighter, doctor. From today’s society, later in life, perhaps adding: business woman, wife of a CEO, woman 2.0.
The question that is most striking: ‘What do you want?’ or better said: ‘ Who do you want to be?’
In order to grow you require knowledge and understanding. You need insight in your background, parents, environmental factors, culture, obstacles, your dreams, wishes, fears and so on. Read more…
