Through the workshop: “The organization in its element” each participant becomes aware of the elements that play with him and make him move. There is a relationship between how you move and the elements earth, water, air and fire. These elements are used as a methaphor to provide insight into behaviour patterns that interfere with relationships.

The result of this awareness is a better collaboration and creativitiy in solving mutual problems.

It is possible that Sadhana in Counselling makes a plan for the organisation and its employees with the insights resulting from this workshop. In this way it responds to the awareness and understanding so that old patterns of behaviour change permanently.
