For both companies and individuals follow after the first interview, in consultation, a number of sessions. These sessions follow over time your personal plan. This consists of:
- problem analysis
- plan objective
- action plan
- motion analysis
- experiental map
Location
Interviews take place on location of the employer or at the practice in Culemborg.
Method
- The maximum number of sessions is ten.
- Each interview lasts approximately 60 minutes.
- Business Counselling covers a period of six months.
- For maximum effect and the desired result the period between two succesive sessions is no longer than two weeks.
